TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were the only couple there first. Took a minute to review the menu. Others began to come in and needless to say, we were ignored the rest of our visit. It was lunch time so we waited a hour for our food and experienced the dining area. And we were the only black people sitting in that area. Discrimination at its worst. Smh at Dearborn and Chili's.

I've frequented this chili's often. Today I was surprised by their silly new table top ziosks. We sat down and the kids grabbed it and pushed play games. Ding. There went a $1 charge on our bill, no parental permission button to prevent this. There's also a reorder drinks app which was cool, but there are no safeties to ensure that my kids were not racking up a large drink order. The food was ok, but my corn was way over cooked and mushy. I sent it back and got another over cooked mushy corn. The good news is that they have a happy hour, but it's hard to read the happy hour menu when the kids are playing games on it. (Ziosk)

We ordered take out ... Probably a $75 order. The to-go lady checks each box with you before you pay and if they mess something up they give you gift certificates. Overall a good experience and the food was yummy!

I was very unimpressed. First our server took quite awhile to greet us and was very dry and unfriendly. We ordered the pick two and both upgraded. My upgrade was to the 10oz steak and his was to sub shrimp. My steak was gross. It was like mush. I don't know if they serve a ground steak that is pressed back together, but that was the consistency of it. The potatoes were old and disgusting. We weren't offered refills until we were both sitting there without anything to drink for quite awhile. When the server finally did ask how our meal was she then immediately followed with another question of do you need refills (about 3/4 of the way through the meal). We only saw the manager when he seated us. At the end of the meal the server seemed to be a little friendlier, but that was after she brought our bill. I have worked in and managed many kinds of restaurants, and for corporate standards this was atrocious. The only reason you got two stars was because my boyfriend enjoyed his Cajun pasta.

I love chili's food, but it not consistent on freshness, sometime you might get fresh hot food other times you might not. I love this location as it is so close to my home, but believe they need to be consistent; I hate having to send food back it messes up the eating experience, and then you have to wait longer to eat when you're hungry. If they would improve on that I would give it a 5 star.

I went there 3 days ago the waitress came in to ask what would we like to drink and she looked mad and like she does not feel like working or shes having a bad day after that we ordered the food and we waited and waited and waited and i looked to the table next to me and she was serving their food and they came 15 minutes after us so i told my brother lets leave it seems that she didnt like us so i went to her and asked her to cancell our order and we left she didnt even care i dont think that i would go there again for the rudeness of the waitress and the bad customer service

I am disgusted, the restaurant is empty and I am surrounded by dirty tables. Every table that is open is cluttered with garbage, either on the floor or surrounding areas. This will be my last trip to this chilis, it's beyond filthy.

Server was nice. Had the 2 for 20$ deal. chips and salsa, one chicken margarita and one chicken pasta dish. Chicken dish was room temp., no flavor boring. Pasta dish was dry and room temp. We skipped dessert. I won't go back. I'll go to the one in Southgate if I really need to eat Chilies.

Very curious why it was so scarce on patrons in here on a Saturday afternoon, especially being located within a busy shopping center. That still didn't stop the waitress/chef/whoever from being SLOW, literally and figuratively. I went with my Gramma and 2 young nephews. When we walked in there wasn't a host to seat us. We waited a few minutes while some creepy-looking chick wiping down the bar silently eyeballed us as we waited... Food was typical Chilli's, just eat if you're hungry. The waitress kind of annoyed me because she brings my nephew chicken tenders and offers no sauce. When I ask for BBQ sauce she brings him a container of HOT sauce, to a 5 yr old...I mentioned to her that he wanted BBQ sauce and that what she had brought was hot sauce, she kind of chuckled it off and Never brought the BBQ sauce :-/ Strange, not sure if she misunderstood/didn't hear me/or just didn't know the difference. Still as dingy as this was she was overall nice... ...disappointed that the Santa Fe chicken wrap has been discontinued, questionable whether I'll return (to any Chilli's) without it :-( Also it'd be nice if they invest in some WiFi :-\

As chain restaurants go, pretty much the only reason my wife and I come here is because they send us coupons pretty much once a week, and so, coupled with some gift cards we received for my birthday, it's pretty cheap for a meal for the two of us. However, the service at this location definitely demonstrated the word cheap. First we came on a busy Friday night, which was fine, we wouldn't have minded waiting 10-15 minutes. But when we asked for a booth, the hostess did a once-look and just offered us a table for 6. By not bothering to look, we located a 2 person booth in the back which would have been perfect for us, but we had to complain to our server who then in turned moved us to a 4 person booth. Overall, everything was kind of blah after that. Pizza was suprisingly the star of the show as my appetizer sampler did whet my appetite, but it wasn't anything hot or fresh... more like, I got it because I knew what I was getting. My wife's pepperoni pizza with extra cheese (for 10$) was exactly what she was looking for... slightly greasy goodness. After our coupon and gift card, our tab was about $10 for the two of us, but i was nice and tipped on the normal amount... it wasn't our server's fault the hostess was a lazy 16 year old. We will probably go to Canton Chili's from now on... at least until they give us our next mediocre experience.

If you've been to one Chili's, you've been to all Chili's, which is the beauty of a chain. There isn't anything very special about this one, but they do a perfectly fine job. The food isn't anything to write home about, but at least you can count on it being pretty decent.

Been there a few times. They lost power in the middle of lunch service one time, lost power again a few weeks later. Soup is microwaved, definitely tasted like it...? So the waitress told me. Food is not very good either. If you're brave enough to come here, order the "fresher" menu, don't have them cook anything for you, except maybe deep fried. Only thing that is good is the chips and salsa, hence the one star. Staff is OK, the food is not.

How in god's name do you mess up french fries?!? This is worse then Denny's. Avoid at all cost.

Had to stop here cause 88 year old grandma insisted on trying it. Pro's - cold beer, con's - food. Nobody in the place, yet the waitress came back every five seconds to take our order, I guess she wanted to be sure we did not have a minute to look at the menu. I ordered the chicken fajita's, grandma ordered the shrimp dinner. Worst fajita's I've ever experienced. They didn't even try, no seasoning what so ever on the chicken and dry as toast. Shrimp was the same. Fries were okay, at least they were seasoned. This is why I do not go to chain restaurants unless I am forced by cute little old ladies.

Hubby and I went to Chili's after a day shopping. We were starving, and had just come out from Bed Bath and Beyond. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! Hubby ordered a burger and fries. I had the fajita trio. And, since Hubby was driving, I ordered a margarita. . I don't think there was anything in it but tequila. No salt on the rim. I asked the waitress to return it, and just get an ice tea, I never got it, but it was on my bill. The chicken for my fajita's was still red. The outside was white, but the inside was red. Ruined my whole meal. I wouldn't even touch the rest of it. My husbands burger didn't have any sauce. The French fries like another reviewer stated, were messed up. They were oily and cold. When I asked the waitress, what was going on as there was only one other couple in the place, she asked what we were talking about. I asked to speak with a manager, she told me that there was not a manager on duty. I then told her that I refused to eat my food because the chicken was still raw, and told her about my husbands sauceless burger and nasty cold oily fries, and she said that since we ordered the food, we had to pay for it. So, we paid, and walked out still hungry and honestly pissed off and just got burgers at burger king. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER RETURN HERE.
